Mixing method

First, mixing mode and cutting sequence are the same as traditional mixed soil or cement mortar.

2. Because the workability of concrete is slightly reduced by adding fiber, it is suggested that alkali water retarder or plasticizer be added to maintain good workability, although the quality of concrete or mortar will not be affected, it is still advisable to mix at first degree.

3. Because the fiber itself is very fine, the length is short, and the amount of addition is small, it is easy to mix evenly, so when adding fiber, it can be added in the pre-mixing plant or mixing truck. If mixed in a mixing truck, it must be mixed at 20-40 times or 1-2 minutes at a normal speed. The mixing time should be increased by 15-30 seconds when the ready mix is ready, so that the fiber distribution is more uniform.
